Roles & Responsibilities: Technical Developer
- Responsible for client technical deliverables of low-medium complexity work along with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
- Design, build, unit test, deploy and migrate Workday Integrations.
- Prepare Design Documents, KT and Cut-over plan documents.
- Support End to End and Parallel testing.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication quality level
- Problem solving and Innovation
- Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality

Must-Have Certifications
- Workday Integration Core





Experience & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field from an accredited college/university

Required Skills/Experience:
- Workday Custom Reports
- XML/XSLT
- Web Services - SOAP and REST
- Experience in Workday Integration design patterns like EIB, DT and Core Connectors
- Integration Security Configuration

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Workday Studio
- CCB, PICOF, PECI
- BIRT
- Core HCM / Core Finance functional module knowledge
