Design and develop Workday Integrations and reporting solutions to meet business requirements
Configure and maintain Workday Integrations, EIB, CC, Workday Studio, dashboards, and BIRT reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Integrations and Workday Studio functionality
2+ years of experience in leading the design, development and implementation of Workday HCM(Technical/Functional)
Good experience in Workday integration, Workday report development, testing and validation
Leads and manages the Technical Solution process/ design, release management
Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Cloud Connect (PICOF, PECI, CCW, CCB), Business Process Framework, Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics

As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues,



diagnose problem areas, design cutting-edge solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design
You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization’s financial guidelines
