Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

Develop and execute annual CAPEX plans aligned with business objectives.
Making detailed Capex proposals vs. existing manufacturing processes for various operations.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, quality CFT and SPM suppliers.
Framework & Systems building.
Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and ROI analyses.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure timely capitalization of completed assets.
Prepare monthly CAPEX MIS reports and management dashboards.
Identify opportunities for automation, energy savings, and productivity improvements.
Lead end-to-end capital projects, including planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

Education Required:
BE (Mechanical / Production) / DME/ NTTF/B. tech/ GTTC




Experience Required:
6-8 years in Capex project execution
At least 3 years leading cross-functional project teams.
Skills Required:
Basic Quality tool knowledge.
Electrical, Pneumatics & Hydraulic knowledge will be an added advantage.
Own Vehicle must.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes
