TL - Production (Die Casting)

Location: Pune

Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

Plan and supervise daily die casting production and manpower deployment.
Monitor die casting machines, melting furnaces, dies, process parameters and cycle time.
Ensure optimum machine utilization and reduce downtime, scrap and rework.
Coordinate with Tool Room, Maintenance, Quality and Planning departments.
Implement 5S, TPM, Kaizen and safe work practices.
Analyze casting defects and implement corrective actions.
Maintain daily production, rejection and machine performance records.
Train and guide operators to improve productivity and quality.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Production or related discipline.
5-8 years of experience in pressure die casting operations.
Knowledge of aluminium & zinc die casting processes, dies,



furnaces and trimming operations.
Understanding of casting defects, cycle time optimization, OEE and quality tools.
Knowledge of post processing such Fetling, Deburring, Buffing etc
Robust leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP is preferred.
