We're looking for an experienced technical writer for the Industries Content Experience team. We work closely with product leadership, PMs,



and engineers building Salesforce's Industries Common Services — the shared platform capabilities that power multiple Industries clouds, including features like Document Generation, OmniStudio, Business Rules Engine, Decision Explainability, and more. This role focuses on delivering high-quality documentation for admin and end-user audiences, including help articles, release notes, in-app assistance, setup guides, and Trailhead content that help customers configure and adopt Industries platform features.

Responsibilities:
- Assess the need for, plan, and deliver a range of documentation for Salesforce admins and users, including conceptual content, release notes, how-to/task-based content, and developer content.
- Collaborate with other writers on the team to help scope and create feature documentation.
- Learn and apply style, language, and structure standards for various deliverables.
- Identify opportunities to improve our documentation processes and tools to make the whole team more effective.
