Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

Develop, modify, and maintain PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
Design and configure HMI/SCADA applications.
Perform machine commissioning, testing, and validation.
Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, and control panel issues.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.;
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and production teams during project execution.
Prepare technical documentation, including program backups, operating manuals, and commissioning reports.
Support preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
4-5 years (BE)



in PLC programming and industrial automation.
7-8 years (Diploma) in PLC programming and industrial automation
PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta, Omron, Schneider, etc.)
HMI and SCADA development
Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP)
VFD configuration and servo drive integration
Electrical control panel troubleshooting
AutoCAD Electrical (preferred)
Knowledge of industrial automation and instrumentation
