Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

Full Product development Life cycle
Concept design on Creo/AutoCAD
Benchmarking of various competitor products
Prototype manufacturing in coordination with tool room
Design Validation wrt to design STD
Part/Assembly/Sub assembly drawings with tolerance balancing with CFT coordination
Material selection of current components
Product/sub assembly/Part costing/In-depth tools and process costing
Modification/Upgradation of existing products for better quality, cost, feature & finish
Coordination with CFT team
Project documentation and updating including PPAP

Competency (Candidate Profile)

B.E-Mechanical
Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience
Excellent communication and coordination skills
