Opportunity Overview

* Provide all service-related support (system installation, preventive
maintenance, complex troubleshooting and repair break fix)
* Provide application related expertise to analyze production impacts and to
ensure a high utilization of a customer test cell
* Develop characterization and production test programs to solve customers'
test problems; collect data and analyze problems.
* Create and implement support plan in conjunction with cross functional
groups, including customers’ maintenance team, to reduce equipment downtime




and maintenance cost.
* Work with customers to understand and improve test processes.
* Act as the liaison between factory and customer.
* Provide formal and on-the-job training to customers.
* Escalate service problem and take ownership of problem until it is resolved.
* Represent the organization as the primary customer contact and function as
key customers and departmental leadership role
* Lead and mentor other engineers

* Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering
* 3-5 years’ test/product engineering experience in IC component testing
preferred.
* Strong team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Able to work independently
