YOUR ROLE

The Legion WFM Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the
end‑to‑end deployment and adoption of Legion Workforce Management modules across
client environments. This role involves gathering and analyzing business
requirements, configuring system functionalities, optimizing workforce planning
processes, and ensuring seamless integration with enterprise HR and payroll
systems.

* Lead end-to-end implementation of Legion WFM modules (Scheduling,
Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Compliance).
* Analyse business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
* Configure auto-rostering and labour optimization features.




* Integrate Legion with HRIS, payroll, and biometric attendance systems.
* Conduct user training, create documentation, and support change management.

YOUR PROFILE

* Proven experience with Legion WFM or similar platforms (e.g., UKG, Kronos,
Workday).
* Solid understanding of workforce scheduling, labor compliance, and
optimization.
* Experience with SaaS/cloud-based WFM solutions.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
