Project Coordination & Supervision Assist in managing day-to-day construction activities in office, ensuring work progresses according to schedules, plans, and specifications. Monitor subcontractor performance, coordinate trades to prevent conflicts, and ensure proper sequencing of work. Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards are met and identify issues requiring corrective action. Support the Construction Manager in resolving field problems and making real-time decisions to keep projects moving forward.
Schedule & Progress Monitoring Track project milestones and deliverables against the master schedule, identifying potential delays and developing recovery plans. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adequate resources and materials are available when needed. Prepare progress reports documenting completed work, upcoming activities, and any schedule impacts. Update project schedules and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
Quality Control & Safety Management Enforce quality standards by reviewing work for compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes. Document deficiencies and coordinate corrective work with subcontractors. Support safety program implementation by conducting site safety inspections, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Participate in safety meetings and promote a culture of safety awareness among all site personnel.
