Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Member of Technical Staff Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, cloud-native applications using Python and React. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in backend development, modern frontend technologies, distributed systems, and cloud platforms. You will take end-to-end ownership of product features, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

This role is best suited for strong individual contributors who enjoy solving complex engineering problems while building highly scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.js.
Build scalable backend services and microservices using REST APIs and gRPC.
Develop backend applications using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Design scalable application architecture and contribute to system design discussions.




Optimize PostgreSQL databases through efficient schema design, indexing, and query tuning.
Develop, deploy, and manage applications on AWS using cloud-native services.
Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices.
Enhance application performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end product features.
Take ownership of production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability.
Participate in code reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-15 years of experience in full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Strong frontend development experience using React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience designing and building Microservices, REST
