Key Responsibilities
Monitor and troubleshoot Supplier External EPCIS messages, DC Internal Events, and Pharmacy Internal Events.
Analyze, resolve, and report SAP ATTP production issues within SLA.




Perform reconciliation between SAP ATTP and SAP ICH for EPCIS message processing.
Maintain serialization-related master data and ensure timely updates.
Support supplier EPCIS/ICH onboarding and integration activities.
Validate serialization solutions through regression, integration, and performance testing.
Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports for serialized events, objects, and transactions.
Monitor serialization background jobs and resolve failures proactively.
Provide weekend and on-call support for critical production issues.
Maintain knowledge repositories, KT documents, RCA documents, and support documentation.
Participate in periodic review meetings with stakeholders to discuss deliverables, pending activities, and improvements.
Collaborate with business, technical, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production support and continuous process improvements.
