Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels, stock reconciliations, and material tracking to ensure inventory accuracy.
Oversee inbound operations, including material verification, GRN generation, and discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring accurate picking, packing, labeling, and timely deliveries.
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including storage, material handling, manpower allocation, and SOP compliance.
Maintain warehouse documentation, including stock registers, invoices, dispatch records, and delivery challans.
Identify and resolve stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and dispatch issues while maintaining exception logs and coordinating timely resolutions.
