Role SummaryThe role provides the strategic direction, oversees and leads a team of technical support staff who design, develop, test, implement and monitor software and tools. Acts as a subject matter expert and thought leader, and manages the implementation of divisional products. Leads the evaluation and selection of IT vendor products.



Partners with leaders to strategize and effectively shape IT demand that will deliver business impact. The role also oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals, develops comprehensive project plans, manages budgets, and allocates resources efficiently. It involves leading cross-functional teams, mitigating risks, enhancing cybersecurity frameworks, and monitoring project performance to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the role manages vendor relationships and third-party service providers to ensure successful project outcomes.
