Job Summary:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our manufacturing equipment, including blowers, molding machines, labelers, and related systems. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in minimizing downtime, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer support. The ideal candidate will possess a solid mechanical and electrical background, coupled with effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

? Install, commission, and service PET preforms, bottles, and caps manufacturing equipment at customer sites, ensuring accurate setup and calibration.
? Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure consistent machinery performance and adherence to quality standards.
? Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
? Collaborate closely with customers to understand their operational needs,



address concerns, and provide technical guidance.
? Train customer personnel on proper equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
? Maintain comprehensive service documentation, including maintenance reports, service logs, and spare parts inventory.
? Work collaboratively with internal technical support and engineering teams to address and resolve complex technical challenges.
? Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
? Stay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance service delivery.
? Travel to customer locations as required, ensuring prompt response to service requests and adherence to safety protocols.
