Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting investor services operations through the review and processing of investor subscription, redemption,



and transfer transactions. The position involves managing investor communications, maintaining investor records and portal access, updating allocation systems with relevant partner and transaction data, and supporting monthly investor allocation processes and statement distributions. The successful candidate will work closely with investors, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality investor servicing while maintaining operational excellence and strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- You'll review investor orders for subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal procedures.
