We're looking for a talented, accomplished learning professional who is learner-obsessed and driven to innovate as we build and transform how we train and develop our partners (Reseller Partners, Managed Services Providers (MSP), Distributors, Global System Integrators (GSI)).

With this prospect, you will leverage your skills and experience in instructional design and curriculum development to help build and maintain partner training in a growing Commercial organization that delivers incredible results.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Developing and designing partner training courses for a variety of training modalities, including on-demand (eLearning), live and virtual in-person experiences, peer-to-peer learning, and assessments.
- Working in collaboration with the Sr Instructional Designer in Bangalore, and global team to define course requirements, create course deliverables, and manage the work through, potentially including the delivery of the course. Key activities include:
