Graduate in Architecture (B. Arch)
Minimum Experience
10-12 years of architecture and planning experience in real estate industry with at least 7 years� experience in the area of residential/commercial development
Special Skills/Attributes

- Exposure to architecture/design trends in real estate industry
- Sound understanding of local laws and regulations impacting project design and development
- Project conceptualization, designing and planning

Drives the architecture and planning activities for a residential/commercial project across all phases: from site analysis, identification/ selection of consultants and local architects, and adherence to specified timelines, budget and quality standards, in alignment with the design intent
Key Responsibilities
(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
- Understand the finalized business plan of the Management for the proposed residential/commercial project in terms of the Operator, the scale of operations and the proposed timelines for completion of construction
- Understand the overall budget and budgetary allocation for various phases of the project and ensure adherence to the same through the design and construction phase
- Conduct a detailed site analysis in terms of its boundaries, topography, impediments to development
- Coordinate with Regulatory Approvals architect to understand the local rules/regulations/norms pertaining to mixed used developments an
