Job Title: SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Systems (PS) Consultant with experience of 8 to 12 years to join our team for a critical legal entity carve -out project. This initiative involves replicating an existing company code to establish a recent legal entity within our current SAP ECC AP7 landscape. The project follows a "reuse -first" strategy, prioritizing the adaptation of existing configurations over new development to ensure business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
• Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP PS module components, including Project Types, Budgeting, Billing, and Settlement, by referencing and replicating the established settings from Company Code 1550.
• Lifecycle Execution: Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including Mobilization, Blueprinting, Build, Realization, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Cross -Module Integration: Collaborate closely with SD, MM,



and FICO functional teams to ensure seamless end -to -end integration across order -to -cash, procure -to -pay, and project delivery flows.
• Data Migration: Lead the migration of project structures and associated project -related data. Execute trial loads, reconciliation, and validation checks to ensure accurate cutover into the production environment.
Required Skills
• Core SAP PS Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of SAP PS (Project Structures, WBS, Networks, Budgeting, Billing, Settlement).
• Carve -out/Replication Experience: Proven experience in SAP legal entity carve -outs, company code replication, or "reuse -led" implementation projects.
• Integration Knowledge: Ability to work across modules; understanding FI -MM -SD -PS integration touchpoints is critical.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills to interact with business process owners and functional leads for requirement validation and issue resolution.
