Job Description – Senior Merchandiser (Footwear)

Location: Artoni, Agra

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the day-to-day status of all ongoing orders and ensure timely execution.
- Focus on new product developments and coordinate with all departments for smooth sample and production flow.
- Communicate regularly with customers to handle developments, approvals, and order updates.
- Develop current business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with sourcing, production, quality, and planning teams to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and follow up on costing, quotations, sample status, and production timelines.
- Resolve customer queries and production issues in coordination with internal teams.




- Ensure all customer requirements and quality standards are met throughout the development and production process.
- Maintain daily reports, order trackers, and development records.
- Guide and support junior merchandisers and coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Requirements:
- Experience: 5–8 years (or more) in Footwear Merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of footwear development, costing, sourcing, and production processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and reporting.
- Responsible, organized, and result-oriented with strong team coordination skills.
