About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Examination Specialist
In this role, you will:
- Participate in building business partner relationships and identify opportunities for maintaining them within defined parameters
- Analyze risks and offsets related to performing in-depth, prefund loan reviews
- Present recommendations for resolving various issues related to reviews and loan files
- Exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of compliance related to internal company requirements
- Provide communication regarding overall process and transaction quality to appropriate parties
- Perform duties to ensure adherence to set procedures and policies.
- Maintain high level of accuracy and oversight on day to day operations ensuring SLAs are met.
- Collaborate with departments in bringing best in class customer experience.
- Train new hires on policy and procedures and bring them to pace in achieving deliverable of the highest standard.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Underwriting experience, Loan processing,
or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Underwriting, Loan Processing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
- Bachelor's degree
