You'll play a pivotal role in driving industrial excellence and supporting our manufacturing processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Production, Quality, and Engineering), oversee the deployment of industrialization standards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality manufacturing engineering outputs.
You’ll specifically take care of managing and developing the Manufacturing Engineering team, but also ensure the successful industrialization of products and support production teams in achieving their goals.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and updating procedures, methodologies, and ways of working for the Manufacturing Engineering function.

Staffing and training the team, building induction programs, and maintaining a skills matrix.

Deploying industrialization standards and methodologies, including Method Time, EHS, Ergonomics, Work Instructions, ICONE, P-FMEA, Control Plan, QRQC, and Task Sequencing.

Implementing and utilizing IS tools for industrialization, such as PLM (DELMIA), ERP (GSI), and MES.

Increasing team maturity through the APSYS roadmap.

Supporting product and project industrialization by ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables such as Work Instructions, Task Sequencing, and Master Data.
