About the Opportunity
A agile leader in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector, we’re building a high-performance HR function that powers talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance at scale. We operate across multiple markets in India, supporting rapid growth through strategic workforce planning, culture-building initiatives, and data-driven HR operations—all while ensuring regulatory alignment and operational excellence in a fast-evolving financial landscape. Role & Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—for mid to senior roles across BFSI verticals.
- Design and execute HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks aligned with local labor laws ( Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, etc. ).
- Partner with business heads to forecast workforce needs, manage attrition, and drive retention strategies with measurable KPIs.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes including payroll coordination, leaves, performance reviews, and exit formalities.




- Lead onboarding & offboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration and compliance for recent hires and departing employees.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to maintain statutory records, audits, and labor law updates relevant to BFSI operations.
