Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner at Swiggy, you will play a
critical role in enabling the success of our Food BUs. You will work closely
with business leaders and HR teams to deliver high-impact people practices that
build capability, drive performance, and strengthen culture across our
corporate workforce. This is a high-ownership, rapid-paced role that balances
execution and strategy, with a strong focus on org effectiveness, talent
planning, and employee experience.
Job Responsibility
Business Partnership
* Serve as the Regional HRBP for designated verticals/functions of Food .
DineOut and Drivers Org. Partner with business leaders to understand strategic
goals and align HR interventions accordingly
* Conduct regular connects with stakeholders and teams to surface insights
and drive action
* Actively engage in field travel/market visits to establish strong on-ground
employee connect and gather direct business/competition insights.
Talent & Performance Management
* Manage the annual and mid-year performance cycles, including goal setting,
calibration
