As Product Director, Payment Rails at JPMorgan Chase within Commercial & Investment Banking, you will own the product direction and outcomes for core payment rails across India. You will define a multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap across global clearing, Automated Clearing House payments, foreign exchange payment flows, and disbursements. You will balance client value, resiliency, regulatory and risk considerations, and modernization priorities to deliver measurable improvements. You will partner with technology, operations, finance,



and governance stakeholders to align investment decisions, sequencing, and delivery commitments. You will establish transparent measures of success and accountability for outcomes across the product lifecycle.

This role is accountable for improving the performance and stability of core payment platforms while accelerating modernization and reducing operational risk. The position requires a leader who can translate client and operational needs into prioritized product initiatives and clear outcomes.
