- Manage and oversee global financial operations including US accounting, payroll, invoicing reporting, and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
- Handle consolidation of financial statements and budgeting.
- Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the companyâs status and financial forecasts.
- Oversee the operations and development of the companyâs revenue departments, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- âEffectively manage US, Canada and India accounting.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.




- 8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
- Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
- Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Solid demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Quick-books & Zoho Books.
