As an intern in our Talent and Capability department, you will play a vital role in supporting our team's mission to develop and nurture talent within the organization. You will have the chance to work on diverse projects, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the overall growth and success of USGI Legal Entity.

Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and ensuring smooth execution.
- Handle mandatory training calls and maintain accurate records.
- Provide MIS support and generate reports as required.
- Collaborate on content design for training materials and presentations.
- Create and update courses on the LMS platform.
- Research and gather relevant information for training content development.
- Support the team in organizing and executing talent development initiatives.




- Assist with administrative tasks related to talent management.
- Maintain organized records and documentation for training programs.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in talent development.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to current technologies.
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
