- Work collaboratively across Cyber and I&AM; to help drive operations forward
- Monitor queues and respond to customer requests surrounding the following services:
- PKI & DNS (Infoblox, Neustar, Microsoft)
- Directory Services (Azure AD, Active Directory)
- Group Management, DFS, and other related services
- Sailpoint and Waveset
- IGA system alerts
- CyberArk and Netwrix Operations
- Learn, create, and document SOPs around performing tasks and supporting services
