As an Associate in Internal Firm Services - Human Capital - Background Verification, you will play a crucial role in managing the people lifecycle and operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. You will be a primary HR point of contact,
resolving inquiries and supporting HR processes to efficiently aid our workforce within our Internal Firm Services practice.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to different stakeholders, learning how to build meaningful connections and manage diverse perspectives. This role encourages personal growth and branding, allowing you to deepen your technical knowledge and understand your strengths.
