As an instructional designer intern, you’ll directly shape how thousands of students across India learn and fall in love with CS. You’ll help fix the gaps you faced as a student — make tough concepts transparent, turn passive lectures into projects, and help every learner thrive in the real world.

Note: This is not a software engineering or development role — it’s a hands-on, creative content-design position where you’ll craft learning journeys, not write production code.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Full-course design: Build complete, digital-first CS courses — content, activities, projects, and assessments tuned for genuine understanding.
Modern pedagogy:



Break free from theory-only methods; invent ways to teach by doing, using code, projects, demos, and stories that matter.
Drive improvement: Collect feedback, measure outcomes, and evolve each course every month.
Collaborate: Work side by side with top educators, industry pros, and fellow designers to shape a unified student journey.
