Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Process Coach Hospital Billing in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for the AR Process. The Process Coach will be responsible for training, coaching, and improving team performance while ensuring adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and process guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide process training and floor support to associates on Medical Billing and AR concepts.
2. Conduct refresher training sessions and coach employees to improve productivity and quality.
3. Monitor team performance and identify knowledge gaps and improvement areas.
4. Provide face-to-face feedback and share performance improvement plans with associates.
5. Support current joiners during onboarding and ensure smooth transition to production.
6. Collaborate with Operations and Training teams to improve process efficiency and quality.
7.
Assist in creating and updating process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
8. Analyze errors and provide corrective and preventive action plans.
9. Prepare and maintain training and performance reports.
10. Ensure attainment of Internal and External SLAs as per process requirements.
11. Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Education: Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience: 3.5+ years in (Hospital Billing) Medical Billing and RCM in the AR Domain.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of AR processes & Hospital Billing, excellent communication and coaching skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and relevant software.
