Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (Non-negotiable)
Salary Band: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Non-negotiable)
*Eligibility Criteria*
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Higher Education Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Candidates currently pursuing UG / PG / PHD are not eligible.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology tools.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulations.
- Applicants must have a personal computer/laptop and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in academic administration or coordination in a higher education setting.
- Knowledge of curriculum development principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with student information systems and learning management systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
- Experience with IB, IGCSE, or AS/A Level is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- *Curriculum Coordination and Implementation:* Work closely with faculty to develop and revise curriculum materials; ensure alignment of curriculum with academic standards and institutional goals; coordinate the implementation of curriculum changes and updates.
- *Program Coordination:* Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of academic programs and courses; collaborate with department heads to ensure program requirements are met.
