About the Role

Join our Oracle Cloud Engineering team supporting Milwaukee Tool, a global leader in innovation, quality, and industry-leading solutions. As an Oracle Developer (VBS), you will play a key role in modernizing enterprise applications across the Oracle ecosystem. You'll lead the migration from Oracle Classic UI to Oracle Redwood UX, develop scalable applications using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and build seamless integrations across Oracle SaaS and PaaS platforms. This is an exciting prospect to help shape Milwaukee Tool's next-generation Oracle user experience while delivering modern, high-performing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead migration initiatives from Oracle Classic UI to Oracle Redwood UX standards.
- Design and develop modern Oracle Fusion applications using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS), including VBS Express and Advanced Mode (Page Composer).




- Redesign legacy Oracle Fusion customizations and extensions into Redwood-aligned user experiences.
- Evaluate existing Oracle Fusion UI customizations and recommend migration, modernization, or retirement strategies.
- Ensure all solutions align with Oracle Redwood design principles, user experience standards, and accessibility guidelines.
- Collaborate with functional teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to modernize business processes and improve user journeys.
- Drive consistency across Redwood UX implementations throughout Oracle Fusion applications.
- Develop and maintain Oracle APEX and Oracle VBCS applications where applicable.
- Partner with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) developers to deliver end-to-end business processes across Oracle SaaS and PaaS platforms.
