Urgent Opening in Consumer Electronics Industry

Position: Service Engineer
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Consumer Electronics/Home Appliances service experience preferred)
Qualification: Diploma or Degree (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical or any relevant discipline)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Ernakulam / Trivandrum / Thrissur / Manjeri / Kottayam

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing or customer support for consumer electronics/home appliances.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.
- Solid troubleshooting, repair, and technical diagnosis skills for home appliances/electronic products.
- Good communication, customer handling skills, and willingness to travel within the assigned service area.

Key Responsibilities:




- Install, service, and repair home appliances and electronic products.
- Diagnose faults, carry out repairs, and replace defective parts as required.
- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Maintain service reports, warranty documentation, and service records.
- Deliver quality after-sales service while following company standards and safety procedures.
