Mission Success Partner (Customer Success Manager/Account Manager) - Federal National Defense Security Intelligence Community (Southeastern US)
- US Citizenship or Greencard is required due to US Government contract requirements***
- Top Secret Clearance is required due to being embedded onsite 2-3 days a week with mission success partners ***
- Location + Travel - This is remote position, but will require consistent travel - primarily in the Southeastern United States. Being located near a major metropolitan area, in the Southeastern United States is preferred***
Required Qualifications
- SECRET or TS/SCI Security Clearance.
- Significant experience as a CSM or AM working with the government. Our team is lean and requires someone who is able to thrive in the federal space without significant guidance.
- Ability & Willingness to travel.You will need to be onsite with our customers frequently. Most of them will be in the Southeastern United States.
- Experience with a technical product. You’ll need to have worked with a highly-technical product in the past.
