Job Title: Assistant Manager Social Media

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and creative Assistant Manager – Social Media to lead the brand's day-to-day social media strategy and execution. This role requires someone who understands digital culture, platform trends, content planning, influencer marketing, and campaign execution while ensuring consistent brand communication across all social channels.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, data-driven, and capable of managing cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement, community growth, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Own the day-to-day planning and execution of social media across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars aligned with marketing, product launches, campaigns, and business objectives.
- Develop platform-specific content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Identify trends, cultural moments,



and viral opportunities to keep the brand relevant.

Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, from ideation to publishing and reporting.
- Coordinate with Creative, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, and Production teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
- Work closely with influencer and creator teams to execute collaborations and amplify campaigns.
- Ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule.

Performance & Analytics
- Monitor platform performance, campaign metrics, and audience insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, video views, traffic, and conversions.
- Continuously optimize content strategy based on performance data.

Community Management
