Role Description
The Tech Project Manager role at Thinkbar is a full-time position based in Mumbai with work-from-office expectations, supporting distributed and remote collaboration as needed. The Tech Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including websites, applications, and related technology initiatives. Daily responsibilities include planning project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams (design, development, and marketing), tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, budget, and scope requirements. The role involves managing client communication, documenting requirements, identifying risks, and resolving issues to keep projects on schedule. The Tech Project Manager will also contribute to process improvements, support reporting and documentation, and help align technical execution with business and user experience goals.

Qualifications




- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple technology projects effectively.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership and Communication abilities to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and maintain clear, timely updates.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate project performance, identify risks, and support decision-making.
- 1–3 years of experience managing technology or digital product projects, preferably in web or app development environments.
- Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management methodologies and common collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations.
