Job Profile – Commissioning Manager for Customer Care

Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand & Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reporting To: Customer Care Head

Qualification

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in commissioning, testing, and customer support

for electrical panel manufacturing.

Products

MV & LV Switchboards, MCC, PCC, Bus Ducts, DG Synchronisation Panels, ACB, VCB,

APFC Panels, PLC & Automation Systems, Control & Relay Panels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of commissioning and service engineers across India.

• Plan manpower deployment and monitor commissioning schedules for multiple

projects.

• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover of

electrical panels and automation systems.

• Review BOM, BOQ, SLDs, GA drawings, control drawings, and protection

schemes for smooth site execution.

• Coordinate with design, production, quality, project management, and customers

to ensure timely project completion.

• Ensure preparation of commissioning reports,



As-Built Drawings, customer sign-

offs, and Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

• Resolve technical issues, support warranty and after-sales activities, and maintain

high customer satisfaction.

• Conduct customer meetings, project reviews, and site visits across PAN India.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality procedures, and project

documentation requirements.

Required Skills

• Solid knowledge of MV/LV electrical systems, MCC, PCC, Bus Ducts, DG

Synchronisation Panels, PLCs, ACB/VCB, APFC Panels, and protection relays.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, BOM, BOQ

and ability to troubleshoot faults by hands-on work on control circuits.

• Proven leadership, manpower planning, customer management, and project

coordination skills.• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
