Responsibilities

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites
Develop and implement health and safety training programs for staff




Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards
Report and investigate accidents or incidents to prevent future occurrences
Assist in the development of safety policies and procedures
Advise management on safety-related matters and improvements
Prepare reports and documentation related to safety activities
Promote a culture of health and safety awareness among employees

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Basic knowledge of construction processes and practices
Proactive approach to managing workplace safety
Experience with safety software is a plus
