Responsibilities
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites

Monitor compliance with safety regulations and standards
Report and investigate accidents or incidents to prevent future occurrences
Assist in the development of safety policies and procedures
Advise management on safety-related matters and improvements
Prepare reports and documentation related to safety activities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Basic knowledge of construction processes and practices
