Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with 6–8 years of experience in backend application development, including robust expertise in Node.js. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable, high-performance applications, developing RESTful APIs and microservices, and working with cloud-native technologies. You will play a key role in architecting backend solutions, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.
- Develop server-side applications using frameworks such as Express.js or NestJS.
- Design and optimize database schemas and queries for relational and NoSQL databases.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and other security standards.




- Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, QA, and product teams.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code following coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize application performance, and ensure high system availability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design decisions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.

Required Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Express.js and/or NestJS.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and caching technologies like Redis.
- Experience with messaging system
