Overview

The Key Account Manager – Animal Nutrition will be responsible for driving business growth by managing strategic customer accounts, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with distributors, feed manufacturers, integrators, consultants, and institutional customers. The role requires a strong blend of commercial leadership, technical understanding of animal nutrition, and strategic account management to achieve sustainable business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

 Key Account Management & Business Development

Develop and manage strategic relationships with key accounts, including feed manufacturers, poultry integrators, distributors, dealers, and institutional customers. Identify new business opportunities, expand market penetration, and achieve assigned sales and profitability targets. Develop annual business plans, customer growth strategies,



and territory development plans.

Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify emerging business opportunities.

 Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, consultants, veterinarians, nutritionists, and business partners. Organize customer meetings, technical seminars, awareness programs, and business review meetings. Collect customer feedback and market insights to improve products and customer satisfaction. Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high service standards. This role includes Pan India customer visits based on business requirements.to strengthen business relationships, identify growth opportunities, and provide in office commercial and technical support.

 Consultant & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate consultant engagements, technical visits, and cooperative business initiatives. Manage
