Job Title: Sales Closing Expert

Location: 100% Remote

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and mentor junior sales professionals to enhance team performance.

• Set clear individual and team sales targets, providing regular coaching and performance feedback.

• Foster a high-energy, performance-driven sales culture.

• Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics to stay competitive.

• Identify and pursue new market opportunities to drive revenue growth.

• Continuously evaluate and refine the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Implement and manage new sales tools and technologies to optimize productivity.

• Develop and deliver targeted sales training programs to enhance team skills.

• Track and report key sales metrics, including revenue growth, conversion rates, and client retention.

• Ensure achievement of individual and team sales quotas.





• Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement to strengthen client relationships.

• Identify, qualify, and nurture B2B leads through outbound prospecting.

• Host weekly sales shows or webinars to engage potential clients.

• Utilize platforms like Sales Navigator, Dripify, and Apollo to manage and track sales pipelines.

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, consistently exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales with a consistent record of exceeding targets.

• Exceptional closing skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.

• In-depth knowledge of B2B sales methodologies and techniques.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement platforms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
