The Home Lending Originations Product team is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Associate who enjoys getting into the details and supporting innovation in an agile environment. As a Product Associate in Home Lending, you’ll contribute to building products and features that delight customers. You’ll help challenge the status quo, remove blockers with guidance, and support a culture of continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities
- Define and Prioritize Product Backlog: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements,
draft user stories and acceptance criteria, and help prioritize the backlog in line with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work day-to-day with engineering and design to clarify requirements, track progress, and provide timely feedback; escalate risks and dependencies to ensure increments are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Conduct User Research and Testing: Coordinate and participate in user research and usability testing; synthesize insights and recommend iterations to validate and improve features.
- Support Agile Ceremonies: Participate in and help facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), contributing to effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
