Role Description
The Article Assistant will support audit, accounting, and taxation assignments under the guidance of senior team members in a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing working papers,



maintaining books of accounts, and helping with financial statements and reports. The role also involves supporting income tax and GST compliance, including data compilation, return preparation, documentation, and follow-up with clients. The Article Assistant will conduct basic research on accounting and tax issues, help draft reports and summaries, and participate in client meetings as required. The position is designed to provide structured practical training, professional exposure, and hands-on experience with diverse industries.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and basic knowledge of auditing and taxation (including Income Tax and GST).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and familiarity with accounting/taxation software or ERPs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear working papers and concise
