Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of solar water pumping systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in solar pumps.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installed systems.

• Attend customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports.

• Coordinate with the project and service teams for smooth execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.

• Maintain records of service visits, spare parts, and maintenance activities.

Eligibility Criteria





• 1–2 years of experience in servicing or maintaining solar water pumping systems.

• ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field.

• Practical knowledge of solar PV systems, controllers, inverters, motors, and pumps.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve field issues independently.

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Willing to travel within the assigned district. •

Preferred Candidate

• Local resident of Sirsa or Jind, Haryana.

• Valuable communication and customer handling skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in field conditions.
