We're Hiring: Chief / Senior Manager – Group Medical Cover (GMC) / Employee Benefits – Health Claims

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service in the Group Health Insurance space? We are looking for an experienced Chief / Senior Manager – Group Medical Cover (GMC) / Employee Advantages – Health Claims to lead client servicing, claims management, and analytics for our Group Medical Cover (GMC) portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary claims and product expert for Group Medical Cover (GMC) clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct client meetings to explain GMC policy coverage, claims procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with Sales teams during client pitches, renewals, and strategic account discussions.
- Support business retention and new client acquisition through strong relationship management and value-driven engagement.
- Analyze claims data to identify trends, utilization patterns, and cost drivers, and present actionable insights to clients.
- Manage client queries, complaints, and escalations,



ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with the in-house TPA, underwriting, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless claims servicing and resolve customer grievances.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication, periodic claims reviews, and analytics-led discussions.
- Monitor claims performance and recommend improvement initiatives focused on digital claims adoption, preferred hospital utilization, timely claim intimation, and process optimization.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Group Medical Cover (GMC), Employee Benefits, or Corporate Health Insurance Claims.
- Strong understanding of health insurance products, claims adjudication, TPAs, underwriting, and client servicing.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in claims reporting, trend analysis, and client presentations.
