Role Description
The Assistant Dentist will support the lead dentists in delivering high-quality clinical care to patients in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. Daily responsibilities include assisting during dental procedures, preparing and maintaining treatment rooms,



and ensuring instruments and materials are properly sterilized and organized. The role involves taking patient histories, helping with examinations, performing routine chairside procedures as permitted, and supporting diagnosis and management of oral lesions, orofacial pain, and related conditions under supervision. The Assistant Dentist will educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures, while maintaining accurate clinical records and adhering to infection control and safety protocols. Collaboration with the dental team, clear communication with patients, and a qualified, empathetic manner are essential.

Qualifications
- Clinical dentistry skills, including chairside assistance, basic diagnostic support, and familiarity with routine and advanced dental procedures.
