Position – CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a digital-first CMO who will lead online client acquisition, digital brand

building, and data-driven growth for our Wealth Management business. The role focuses

heavily on performance marketing, digital funnels, automation, analytics, and online

investor engagement, with the goal of scaling AUM through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing

• Lead end-to-end digital acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn,

programmatic, affiliates, and performance campaigns.

• Drive measurable growth in HNI/UHNI leads, online conversions, and AUM through

digital strategies.

• Optimize CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPL, and full-funnel conversion metrics.

• Run A/B testing, landing page experiments, and CRO to improve digital performance.

Digital Strategy & Martech

• Build a long-term digital growth roadmap, including SEO, automation, funnels, and

digital content engines.





• Implement and manage CRM & marketing automation tools (HubSpot, WebEngage,

LeadSquared, etc.).

• Leverage analytics, dashboards, and data modeling for decision-making and

forecasting.

Digital Brand, Content & Communication

• Strengthen the company’s digital brand identity across all online channels.

• Lead digital PR, influencer marketing (finance creators), and thought-leadership

campaigns.

• Oversee content on wealth products: PMS, AIF, MF, Bonds, etc.

• Ensure SEBI-compliant communication across all digital assets.

Client Engagement & Retention (Digital CX)

• Build personalized, automated communication journeys based on client profiles and

behaviors.

• Improve digital engagement via newsletters, webinars, market updates, and advisory

insights.

• Develop digital touchpoints that enhance investor experience and loyalty.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead teams in digital marketing, growth, content, design, and analytics.
