Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Painting Drive’s client base. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with homeowners, contractors, interior designers, and corporate clients, and presenting tailored service proposals. The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, manage the sales pipeline,



negotiate contracts and pricing, and follow up on leads to close deals. Daily tasks include coordinating with operations and project teams to ensure client requirements are met, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and representing the company at meetings, site visits, and local industry events.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Competence in negotiation, pricing discussions, and contract management, ensuring fair terms while maintaining profitability.
- Experience with basic marketing and promotion activities, including using online platforms and local networks to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain service offerings clearly to diverse stakeholders.
