Responsibilities / Tasks
PLC Programming & Configuration:
Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC programs for controlling machinery and industrial processes.
Write and modify SCL, structured text, and other PLC programming languages (such as FBD, SFC).
Integrate PLCs with various field equipment to ensure smooth operation.
HMI Development & Support:
Design and develop HMI screens to allow operators to monitor and control automated systems effectively.
Configure HMI communication with PLCs and other control devices.
Maintain and troubleshoot HMI systems to ensure accurate data display and control.
System Integration:
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical,



and process engineers to integrate PLC and HMI systems into larger control systems.
Perform system commissioning and ensure proper communication between PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
Troubleshooting & Testing:
Diagnose and resolve issues with automation systems, including PLC, HMI, and other connected devices.
Test PLC and HMI systems to ensure they meet design specifications.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Your profile
Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or equivalent qualification (Certified Technician/master’s in engineering).
Robust knowledge of PLC programming languages (Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
Proficiency in siemens HMI software and Understanding in FactoryTalk View.
Understanding of SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (e.g., ProfiNet, Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP).
Excellent troubleshooting skills for diagnosing issues with PLC, HMI, and industrial automation equipment.
